Hello! My name is Sam Vállay. I'm a 26 year old artist from New Jersey. I'm a 2021 Rutgers graduate with a BFA in visual arts and a concentration in illustration. I love working with objects found in nature and incorporating them into my work- specifically plants, bugs, and fungi! Preserving nature's fleeting beauty (as well as replicating it) is the main focus of my fairy collages as I intertwine the fantastical and the natural world. As to which is which, who can say?
